Mingxin Energy Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Mingxin Energy) was established in 1991. The company primarily engages in the general contracting of transmission and transformation projects; investment, construction, and operation of power facilities on the user side; comprehensive energy services; and the development of large-scale phosphate ore resources.
To date, the company has constructed 36,000 kilometers of transmission lines at 500 kV and below, and over 200 substations; it owns 4,000 kilometers of dedicated transmission lines and 11 substations for oil and gas fields, with a total transformer capacity of 222 million kVA; it has developed comprehensive energy solutions for large industrial and mining enterprises. In recent years, it has helped reduce carbon emissions by 4 million tons for oil and gas exploration and development projects.

The "Energy" division focuses on national energy security, relying on key enterprises such as Mingyuan Electric Power and Pioneer Green Energy to deeply cultivate major national energy and power projects and clean energy substitution fields. Centering on the integration of “source, grid, load, and storage,” it uses modern information technology to help industrial enterprises and urban terminals save energy, reduce consumption, improve quality, and increase efficiency.

The “Resources” segment ensures national strategic resource security and develops mineral resources such as phosphorus, copper, and vanadium-titanium. With the goal of “becoming a green, smart mine demonstration project,” it is committed to becoming an industry-leading service provider integrating the production, sales, and transportation of mineral resources. Its Xigu Xi Phosphate Mine ranks among the top in China with an annual production capacity of 3 million tons.

The “International” division is responding to the national call of the Belt and Road Initiative, venturing into countries along the route, leveraging its strengths in the energy and resources sector to expand into overseas markets, promoting the “going global” of Chinese products, and actively fostering positive overseas partnerships to seek innovative solutions for the nation's resource shortages. Currently, Mingxin Energy Group has established a presence in regions such as Africa, Southeast Asia, Central Asia, and Australia. Through projects including agricultural product and rare mineral trade, new energy investment, construction, and operations and maintenance, the company is contributing its strength to the harmonious development of a world community as advocated by the Belt and Road Initiative.
